Hand crafted wide pine has been delivered to The Tilden today. These will be out new floors bringing to life this 300 year-old treasure. Thank you to our expert preservation carpenter Gerard O'Doherty.

As the interior conservation efforts, continue, we are now in the process of installing a new handicap accessible bathroom, full accessibility to the first floor, new pine flooring, wall treatments, electrical, and lighting systems. Phase 2 also includes exhibit, designs, and program space.

Our new heating system is being installed. A modern HVAC unit is now part of the new mechanicals in the basement of this 300 year-old home.
