"General Sullivan's March Through Bradford County” Free Screening at LeRoy Heritage Museum, June 27
The next opportunity to see the documentary video, "General Sullivan's March Through Bradford County" is coming up on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the LeRoy Heritage Museum. Admission is free. Call 570-364-5003 or email [email protected] to reserve your seats as seating is limited to 60 people. The video will be shown in the museum ballroom. While the ballroom is not handicapped accessible, special arrangements can be made to view the video on the first floor by contacting the museum in advance of the event.
Bradford County played a pivotal role during the American Revolution. The area was the setting for one of the most significant campaigns of the era, known as "The Sullivan Expedition." In the summer of 1779, this military campaign aimed to destroy Native American settlements, their homes, and crops, as well as to confront the Loyalists who had contributed to widespread bloodshed, suffering, and destruction along the frontiers of New York and Pennsylvania since the onset of the conflict.
Steve Berwick, a skilled videographer, devoted over a year to planning, researching, and filming this project. His efforts have resulted in a compelling portrayal of this historic event, offering viewers an immersive experience as the story of Sullivan’s March unfolds on screen.
