Representing established and emerging artists of both regional and national recognition, the gallery offers something for everyone with an eclectic range of original works - from contemporary ceramics, glass, and art jewelry to seasonally changing exhibitions of fine art.

Evelyn Georges started the gallery in the beginning of the Summer of 1971, a time when fine art and studio craft were less integrated than they are today. The summer of 1971 was a pivotal year for many in the arts and music worlds, and Evelyn was a bit of a pioneer to start a beach gallery at that time!
White Bird Gallery was named after a song that was popular at the time. The song is “White Bird” by A Brand New Day.
