Hope you can make a reception this Friday, at Shaker Museum. I am honored to have been asked to join Tim Jennings, Landscape Illustrator for this event. His work is unbelievable!

One of the things I love about paintings I’m giving as a thank you gift is that I get to think about the person and their relationship with me or my children.
Getting to paint a horse and showing gratitude all in one? Yes please.
Loving this tiny size.

“Don’t alienate half your opportunity for sales”.

I’m not going to sit back and pretend that I’m okay with ICE arresting 50,000 people in July – quietly the biggest month in Trump’s second term.

I want you to sit with yourself and think where Jesus would stand on this issue.

You know, because ALL lives matter, right?

Day two Learning to paint with an underpainting. Added a bit to my pallet, but holding myself accountable by using a black and white reference photo.

I had no idea what I was going to paint when I started this. I just knew I needed to paint.

I have a large quantity notecard request and will be putting the order in first thing in the morning.
If anyone is interested in playing cards, canvas prints, notecards, or t-shirts of any of my artwork and you’ve been waiting for the moment to order, today 8/9/2026 is the day, otherwise, I’ll order again in October.

50 notecards of the same print is $50, so if there is a painting you would love to have as your signature correspondence, this is the way to order them.
