My dad just came across this video I made to apply for a grant with Illinois Humanities to create a presentation on Famous Paleontologists. The first time I applied my application was not chosen, but the people at Illinois Humanities were kind enough to have a conversation with me to give me tips for applying again. The next time I applied I was awarded the grant and I even received it a second time. Because of this grant I have been able to share my love of paleontology with many people throughout the area through the programs I have given. I feel very grateful for the opportunity to do this!
