Calumet City Historical Society To bring together people interested in the history of Calumet City, Illinois and in local history of the Calumet region.

This organization invites anyone interested in Calumet City, the Calumet Region, and history to become members and participate in our monthly programs and events. The CCHS Center has historical exhibits, a museum, and an archives collection. CCHS also preserves and maintains the Heritage Schrum Cabin, ca. 1830s.
