The creative synergy that emerges every day in Gateway Arts studios is the heart of our program. Thanks to grants from the Ruth and Carl Shapiro Foundation and the Virginia Wellington Cabot Foundation, studio art facilitators worked one on one with artists over the last year, expanding their practice and exploring new media. The results are the focus of this exhibition.

We had great time at Community Day! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the work of our artists and to participate in this joyful day of making art and building connection. Special thanks to State Representatives Greg Schwartz and Tommy Vitolo, and Nora Bent from the Arc of Massachusetts, for sharing some inspiring remarks on the importance of Art and Advocacy.
