Lorenda & Carlos came all the way from Santiago, Chile to visit Bristow Route 66 Toy Museum & get some Ice Cream from Howdy’s Ice Cream Stop. Well maybe they came to travel across the USA on Route 66 & stopped in to see us. It was a good time visiting with them & hearing about their trip. What a fun group of girls!!! We really enjoyed meeting Rachel,Whitney, Twalla, & Coline from Texas. They were enjoying there travels along Route 66. I love meeting folks that are having fun & enjoying life. It is neat to see friends doing the things they enjoy. I encourage everyone (me included) to spend time with their friends, it is important. I appreciate you girls for stopping in & Thank You for the Sticker & Cowboy. Have Fun. 😊❤️🦕

We had one of my good friends stop in the other day. Larry Crider & Teri Bierbaum-Barlowe came to visit the toy museum. It was so good to see them & try to get caught up on our lives. This guy is the Pontiac guru of the world & works very hard keeping the Pontiac brand alive. I hope we will get together soon & talk about the good old days. Thanks Larry & Teri for stopping in. 😊❤️

Bristow Route 66 Toy Museum had some wonderful guests today all the way from Barcelona, Spain. Meet (spelling may be incorrect) Mark, Anna, Oriol, & Breis. They are traveling Route 66 & enjoying it. We are so happy they stopped in to check out the museum & get their Passport Book stamped with the world famous “Howdy” stamp. I really enjoyed meeting them & learning a bit about their trip. 😊❤️🦕

I was going to wait to post but I decided it was time. I am done with the people that don’t pay a dime to enter this place & end up breaking things. Also recently including today we lost some things to thieves. I know who you are & it really gets my blood to boiling. It’s only $37 dollars I lost today but it is happening more & more. From now on what is mine, definitely not yours & I WILL take it back. If it is damaged you will come up with the money & pay full replacement cost no exceptions. Also no one under the age of 10 years old will be permitted into the museum without someone over the age of 18 with them. I apologize for this but I put in tons of work, cash,& love trying to keep this place going. I am a bit upset right now but I am tired of being taken advantage of while all I want to do is have a place for Bristow folks & travelers to see. I do want to say a BIG THANK YOU for all the wonderful people who support Bristow Route 66 Toy Museum & Howdy’s Ice Cream Stop. You mean the world to us & we can’t make it without you.

LOOK AT THIS MESS!!! I come in here early this morning to this mess & yep NO Dino anywhere around. There is tile, concrete, & dust everywhere. I don’t need this!!! This weekend is Bristow’s Western Heritage Days & we are expecting a big crowd. Now we have to clean up this place. I couldn’t find him this morning but I finally did see him trying to camouflage himself with the SpiritBank sign. He’s there but he thinks he is hiding. Expand the picture & you will see him also. Who needs a goofy Dinosaur 🦕? 🤪❤️😊

Today we get to meet a great group from Italy. Say hello to Mano, Emily, Stefano, & Tony, they traveled all the way from Bassano del Grappa, Italy to travel Route 66. It is always a blessing meeting so many folks from other countries & just enjoying driving across the best place on earth, the grand ole USA. It is great to see all the smiles from folks stopping in. Meet (hope I get names correct) Olly, Citty, Chia, & Lous. I know this spelling is wrong. They are traveling Route 66 all the way from Italy. They stopped in to get their Passport book stamped. They were having a great time except last night was a bit rough, their motel was not a good one & they hated it. Once again it is so cool to meet these individuals. 😊❤️

Meet Gerry & Eva from Dunfermline, Scotland. They are headed west on 66 & loving every bit of it. They loved the Toys & Had to get some of Howdy’s Ice Cream Stop milk shakes. Once again I cannot express how fun it is to meet these folks from all over the world. We laughed & teased each other, we had a good time. It just makes me happy knowing folks are enjoying the good ole’ USA. 😊❤️
