Let’s say you are from Kamuela, Hawaii and you end up at Bristow Route 66 Toy Museum. Ok I love Bristow but we are talking Hawaii, anyway meet Elroy Butler all the way from Hawaii. He is on his way down Route 66 loving every single mile. He is enjoying all the new experiences he has come across during his trip. We talked for a bit & traded a few stories. It is just mind boggling meeting all these wonderful folks & making new friends. I have shaken so many hands this year & every one of them are awesome. I asked if I could finish his trip with him & maybe go to Hawaii also. I’m pretty sure he said I could. Elroy Thank You so much for stopping in, I enjoyed visiting with you. Have a safe trip. 😊

Good Morning Bristow & Route 66 travelers. We are OPEN today until 9:00 tonight. Stop in at Bristow Route 66 Toy Museum & Howdy’s Ice Cream Stop located in Bristow, Oklahoma @ 118 north Main Street, right on Route 66. You never know who will stop in, Meet Maicon & Elsa all the way from Maringa, Brazil. They are really enjoying seeing all the wonderful things along Route 66. They own a burger 🍔 place in Brazil & really wanted something I had to display in their restaurant. Well you know me, I pretty sure they left with something they wanted. Life is AMAZING & meeting everyone is a blessing. Maicon & Elsa thank you for stopping. Have a wonderful trip down 66. 😊❤️

Maybe I am posting to much but I want folks to know how much Route 66 brings to our little community. So meet Marina & Nilton from Brazil. They love seeing all the neat things along Route 66 & are having fun. It was so good to meet them & visit about things. Thank you so much for stopping in, we hope you enjoyed the museum. 😊

Meet this car guy named Andy Roe. I am sure most of you know he is also crushing Route 66. He is from Northampton, U.K. He could only stop at a few places and he chose the Bristow Route 66 Toy Museum as a must stop on his trip. We have been told this quite often & it really makes us proud. He loved the Jr. Dragster & other racing memorabilia we had displayed. He was enjoying his trip & his next stop was going to be Seba Station Motorcycle Museum in Warwick, Ok. I highly recommend going to see this motorcycle museum, it is packed full of cool things. Be sure to go ASAP because he is closing down the museum at the end of the year. Thank You Andy for stopping in, it was a pleasure meeting you. 😊

WOW they traveled all the way from New Zealand to see us right here in Bristow Oklahoma. Actually they are traveling Route 66 & stopped in. Meet Maddi Rayner & Monica Elmers, they were so good to visit with & I loved their accent. They even enjoyed some Ice Cream from Howdy’s Ice Cream Stop. Thank You Girls for stopping in, it was much appreciated & enjoy your trip. 😊❤️🦕

My job is fun & this group was awesome. Say hello to Rachel Morrow Hernandez, Coline Wood, Whitney Lowe, & Twalla Grant. They came to see us at the end of August traveling Route 66 from Texas. They noticed a sign hanging across the street & I told them I wanted to get the sign someday. They were glad to help me when I decide to take it down. I told them to bring a ladder when they come back. Just the other day this ladder showed up here at the museum in a package. I loved it!!! This is why it is awesome being here & meeting individuals who love life, these girls took some time out of their day to make someone else’s day awesome. This also tells me they are coming back to help me & now we have the ladder to get the job done. Thank you Rachel, Coline, Whitney, & Twalla for stopping in. You are wonderful & I love my ladder. 😊❤️

We want to thank Bristow Christian Academy for sharing their class with us today. It was so fun seeing everyone enjoying Howdy’s Ice Cream Stop. The place was full of excitement & smiles. BCA we really appreciate your support so much, it means a lot to us!!!😊❤️

GOOD MORNING WORLD!!! I am always posting pictures of visitors but today I am posting pictures of our mascots. They are Oscar (dog), Howdy, & Dino. They mean the world to me & each one has unique qualities about them. There is Oscar, he has been with me since 1964 & is my favorite toy that I own, he comforts me & try’s to calm me down when I need it. Everyone knows Howdy, he is the one in charge of making you smile. If you have one then you know the rule, when you see him you are to stop for a moment & smile. Just think positive thoughts & forget about all the negativity in this world. Then there is DINO, he is a hard one to describe. He try’s but sometimes he does get into a little trouble. He tends to run around & visit folks without permission. He also makes a few messes quite often. To be honest I couldn’t make it without them. This day will be great & so will you, so hold that head up & march on like you are on top of the world. I love you guys & keep smiling. Thank You.
