We had a pretty unusual E-Ray come through Museum Delivery recently. This car was one of 13 Corvette E-Rays in the 2026 Indianapolis 500 Festival fleet, alongside 37 Silverado 1500 RST trucks. The fleet is used by track officials, VIPs, and drivers in the weeks leading up to the race, carrying on a tradition that goes back to the 1960s. This one is Arctic White with a Santorini Blue interior and custom Indy 500 graphics based on Chevrolet’s Stars & Steel design. It also has the E-Ray’s 655-horsepower combination of a 6.2-liter V8 and front electric motor. If you’re thinking about taking delivery of your Corvette at the Museum, here’s how it works: https://www.corvettemuseum.org/delivery

For Don Yenko, racing and experimentation went hand in hand. This 1957 Corvette, originally a trade-in at his Chevrolet dealership, became a successful SCCA B Production racer after Yenko modified it for competition. In 1963 alone, the car won nine events and the B Production National Championship. 🏆

Its usefulness did not end with that championship. After Yenko’s Gulf Oil partnership ended, he continued racing the Corvette and testing new modifications that would help make his performance business successful. Eventually, the car’s identity was rediscovered during a family restoration project and it was restored to its 1963 racing configuration. See it for yourself at the National Corvette Museum: www.corvettemuseum.org/visit/
