Q***r Women in Music – Boston – Documenting Musical Q***r Bostonians
I’m restarting this project 2020. Please follow www.qwimb.org for current status updates they may not all make Facebook. I took a long hiatus but I’m back and I have an archivist photographer to help me. Message me about you, your shows, or Q***r Women in the Boston music scene I need to know about. Classical and folk are very underrepresented on my site and so are people under 30 and over 50. Please help me. If you have fliers or pins or ticket stubs please contact me so we can put them in the archive at The History Project www.thehistoryproject.org Please reach out and be persistent I’d youre using Facebook and not my gmail address listed on the website. Happy holidays, and take care of yourselves everyone. You’re following this project for a reason so please help and support me. I’m the only one of the original four women still alive and working on this. It really does matter and it really is urgent. Don’t let us be invisible, forgotten or erased. We need each other. Any woman, womyn, trans, and non binary person who feels they should be represented and included in this space, is. Tell me you’re out there. I don’t care if you play kazoo to your parrot, say hello. That’s all it takes. ❤️💪🎁
