Ribbon cutting day today for our new Train Exhibit! Mayor Charlie Wyatt did the honor of cutting the ribbon along with our part time director Emily Burgdorf. Thank you to all who came out today for the celebration!

Special thanks to Boonville Fire Department for moving the pump organ that came from the Ebenezer German Methodist Church, east of Boonville, to the museum. It was donated by Marilyn Welch. They also were able to see the new train room which has its grand opening on Aug. 2.

Thanks to museum newcomers, Wayne and Gwen Lindsey, for loaning the train engineer outfit to Jed. The Big Smith overalls and hat were worn by the Lindsey’s grandparents in the 1940s & 1950s.
