Factory Friday! Here's a photo from each "era" of the Charles City Tractor Plant that is considered the "Founder of the Tractor Industry." From the White Farm Equipment era, this sign was used outside the plant's Foundry Office. In the Oliver era, the plant's water tower featured the keystone logo. The Hart Parr era shows some of the earliest buildings that were part of the plant complex until their demolition in 1994.

Here's the answer to yesterday's trivia question! The Oliver 1600 served as the replacement for the Oliver 880. This brochure was distributed in early 1964 to dealers so it was likely printed in late 1963 (the date code was not printed on this brochure like Oliver normally did).

We only found one restoration of White Farm Equipment on the entire Iowa State Fair Fairgrounds! This White Town & Country 112 was restored by Matthew Fitzgerald for the Iowa FFA Association Ag Mechanics Show. It was awarded Reserve Champion Restored Garden Tractor! This one is extra special for us as Matthew is part of the Oliver Archives team and we even made a custom sign to display with his White!
