The Black Earth Children's Museum is ready for you, September! 🎉

Even though we'll be closed from Sept 1 - 7, we still have a lot of engaging and family fun activities planned for the month.

☕ NEW! Stroller Squad Meet-Up
Parents, caregivers, and little ones are invited to join our newest program - a welcoming space to make new friends, connect, learn something new, and enjoy a free cup of coffee.

We'll meet every other Tuesday from 9:00–10:00 a.m. Our next 2 meet-ups are the 8th and 22nd. Included with museum admission.

🐾 Country View Vet Clinic Visit - Saturday, September 12

We’re excited to welcome Country View Vet Clinic for a special visit!
Meet real veterinarians as they demonstrate what a typical animal exam looks like, using real X-rays, and explain how they help keep our furry friends healthy and happy.

Kids will learn what it's like to be a veterinarian through a fun story, interactive Q&A session, and hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity. Children are encouraged to bring in their own stuffed animal and will get to "adopt" a stuffed animal to take home (while supplies last).

This is your last chance to visit our Schoolhouse Exhibit before it is turned into something new in September! 📚

We’ve loved seeing so many of you embrace the Schoolhouse, especially those fun moments when the younger generation gets to teach the older generation a thing or two!

But don’t worry… A new exhibit is coming in September, and we can’t wait to share it with you. We think it’s going to inspire just as much imagination, creativity, and family fun!

Have you gone back-to-school shoe shopping yet? If not, make a day of it in Black Earth! Stop by the The Shoe Box for a great selection and amazing customer service, finding the perfect pair of shoes. 👟 Then head over to the Black Earth Children's Museum for some hands-on fun! Watch your kids climb, build, create, imagine, and learn as they explore our custom-built exhibits designed especially for young children.

Admission is only $6 per person. Children under 1 are FREE.
