At the Art Barn Studio, opportunities are available for those who desire to work within an Expressive Arts framework for personal growth and insight. An Expressive Arts approach to art-making is grounded in the premise that art-making and creative expression are natural and accessible to all human beings. Engaging in acts of creative expression fosters self-exploration, personal growth, and optimal well-being. Expressive Arts experiences do not require any previous art experience or training, and emphasize the process over the product.
