For the month of September, the Gorge Heritage Museum, Twin Bridges Museum, Klickitat Historical Museum and other local historians will have a display: "West Klickitat County celebrates America's 250th" featuring the communities of West Klickitat County in the gallery at the White Salmon Valley Community Library! 🇺🇲

We are excited to continue celebrating America's 250th with our local communities! Make sure to check out the exhibit and stay tuned for a reception event!

More than 120 museums around the state are participating in WA Museum Day by offering free or reduced admissions.

WA Museum Day is co-sponsored by the Washington State Historical Society's WA America 250 initiative and the Washington Museum Association.

GORGE HERITAGE MUSEUM BENEFIT SALE!!! Saturday, 6/13, from 10am-3pm --- So much --- household items, clothing, shoes, camping gear, water sports, home decor, old-time records, misc. computer items, old bottles, and books (great for teachers, homeschoolers, students, and people interested in the history). All funds go to directly to support the Museum. Come and check out the sale - there's sure to be something for everyone! 202 E. Humboldt Street in Bingen --- and the Museum will also be open - if you haven't been through the Museum to see historical items from White Salmon, Bingen, and surrounding area, it's worth your time.

Not only is GHM having a Benefit Sale on Saturday, but our sister museums, Klickitat Historical Museum in Klickitat and Twin Bridges Museum in Lyle, are having sales as well this weekend!

Join us for our Benefit Sale this Saturday, June 13th from 10am-3pm! 🎁 The Museum will be Open from 11am-4pm 🎉

Included in the sale will be an arrange of items donated from GHM members; clothing, books, kitchenware, very old records, misc.

All proceeds help preserve local history at GHM!

Starting this Friday, May 22nd! We will be open Fridays & Saturdays from 11am-4pm until the end of September!

Admission is a suggested donation of $5. We are also open year-round by appointment for gallery tours and research appointments.

We have a few new exhibits that will be finished soon. Stay tuned for upcoming events in June and July!
