Toasted Coconut Creamsicle

Ingredients
2 oz SCB REI Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sake
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz fresh orange juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz honey
¾ cup ice
Garnish
toasted coconut flakes, for rim
Lime wheel
Instructions:
1. Prepare the rim: Rub an orange wedge around half the rim of a chilled glass and dip into toasted coconut flakes.
2. Add SCB REI Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sake, coconut cream, orange juice, lime juice, honey and ice to a blender. Blend until thick and slushy, adding more ice if needed.
3. Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
