In just 1 year we supported more than 25 local artists
Produced more than 36 unique and collaborative events
Created an economic impact of $70000+ for the local arts Since 2009, I have been producing art exhibitions to help my dad, international artist J Paulose Fine Arts. I have worked with established regional artists the past few years in amplifying their artistic

Thanks to everyone who made K J Poulose Fine Arts solo Art Exhibition pop up special!
Many including myself will not fully understand his journey from humble origins in a remote village in Southern India to exhibiting his art in different parts of the world. His official bio is below:

Poulose K. Joseph is a multifaceted visual artist and educator whose career spans three continents and five decades of dedication to the fine arts. From his beginnings as a first-generation college graduate in the Blue Mountains of Southern India to his celebrated tenure in the Republic of Maldives, to exhibiting his work in Galleries in Northwest Arkansas, USA, Poulose has spent his life proving that art is a universal language.

A Legacy of Excellence
A graduate of the prestigious Government College of Fine Arts in Chennai, Poulose refined his craft through a rigorous five-year program, mastering watercolor, portraiture, and caricature. His talent was recognized early; even as a high school student, he was commissioned to design emblems for local institutions.

His professional journey is defined by his commitment to mentorship:
International Impact: For nearly 10 years, he coached students for Cambridge University examinations, garnering international acclaim for his students' work in the UK.

Diplomatic Recognition: He was recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Maldives and the Minister of External Affairs of India during his visit to Maldives for Poulose's distinguished service and excellence as an art coordinator.

The Philosophy of the "Personal Touch"
In an era dominated by digital media and the onslaught of AI, Poulose remains a staunch advocate for the human element and personal touch in creation.

"Each student should be inspired and made into a camera that captures their imagination onto a medium in the most fitting way," says Poulose. "There lies the responsibility of a good artist and art teacher."

A New Chapter in Northwest Arkansas
After a decade-long chapter as a dedicated Walmart associate in Bentonville, Poulose has returned to his first love: his studio. Now residing in Northwest Arkansas, he continues to produce vibrant works that blend his technical mastery with a lifetime of global inspiration.

What does quality time really look like?

Not the big moments.
Not the milestones.
But the quiet ones — sitting side by side, sharing a cup, saying everything without saying a word.

This piece captures that feeling…
Connection. Simplicity. Presence.

Dear Friends of ARt deCentrále,
I hope this post finds you well! Thank you for your continued encouragement and well wishes for ARt deCentrale through thick and thin! Please find our 2025 annual report below.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday season! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Annual Report 2025
2025 was quite the opposite of 2024 in terms of what we did with ARt deCentrále. We went from producing nearly 40 events last year to a little over 4 this year, but each of them meant so much to me as I was honored to work with a couple incredible creatives before they passed away.
1) 50 Years of Photography ft. Mr. Jim Wright
2) Exhibition of his entire 50+ paintings during Memorial for Darnéy Willis
3) Creative Entrepreneurship ft. Susan Edgmon
4) Ghouls' night Art Exhibition ft. Christian Perry, Cory Corbett, Giuditta Rustica, Pepper McFly
5) Public Art 101 - Walking Tour, Keynote and Panel Discussion ft. regional leaders in Public Art

Earlier this year, closing down both galleries in Downtown Springdale and Pinnacle Hills Rogers was one of the most difficult decisions in my life that I took a long time to recover from. 2025, I had so many plans and most of them crumbled. Thought it would be quite easy to go back to corporate and I wasted half a year targeting to get into Walmart and continue supporting the gallery evenings and weekends. That didn't work out thanks to all the layoffs this year.
Originally I wanted to change the business model to either go completely a 501c3 non-profit or make it a sustainable business and I just haven't figured out what the path is yet. Maybe I'm not as smart and capable as I once was. I guess I gotta continue working within my new realized/perceived limitations and somehow keep moving forward and continue to provide value the best I can.

For 2026, I don't have a lot of concrete plans like I had for 2025, and want to be more open to what life brings my way like I was in 2024 where one event led to the next serendipitously- I guess one can't force creativity or be spontaneous within reason and I most certainly can't manufacture serendipity, although I can only hope for more of it in 2026. But I know I sincerely wish to continue working with local artists and beyond and creating something worthwhile in and for the community.

Again, wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday season!
Warm regards,
Liting and Allan
