Dear Woodhouse Guests,
As you may be aware, Governor Abbott has issued an Executive Order, much earlier than we anticipated; on May 4th allowing for hair and nail salons to reopen on Friday, May 8th. Manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing treatments may commence with this order; however, massage treatments may not resume until a later date.
We will open for Nail and Skin Services starting Monday May 11th. You can begin calling tomorrow to book. Additionally we will be reaching out to guest who have had their appointments canceled due to closure.
Our highest priority is the safety of our team and guest. We are instituting social distancing, sanitation protocols, and allowing additional time between services for cleaning and sanitizing of all treatment stations.
Our criteria for reopening includes:
-Our spa is now protected by MicroShield 360™, an antimicrobial coating system that protects treated areas from germs, bacteria, pathogens, and mold. The MicroShield 360 system works to kill and then prevent future pathogens.
-A thorough review and understanding of the sanitation and operational guidelines being provided by Governor Abbott's office and the Texas State Board of Cosmetology.
-Sufficient inventory of PPE for our team members.
-Training for our team members on new procedures and sanitation guidelines.
-Updates to our operating hours and appointment schedule to help limit the number of guests in the spa at one time and to limit their interaction with other guests.
