The Bellows Falls Historical Society's Frank Adams Grist Mill at 20 Mill Street will open for the Season Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 23 and Sunday May 24, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Mill will be open Saturdays and Sundays through Columbus Day Weekend. The Mill can also be open by appointment at other times by making arrangements via email to [email protected].
While visiting the Mill make time to visit The Riverfront Park, Labyrinth and stunning views down the Connecticut River. The park is open from dawn to dusk year-round.
The Bellows Falls Historical Society & Museum is located at 46 Canal Street. Displays of local history include the railroad, Hetty Green and the Victorian Houses. Current exhibits are Industry in Bellows Falls and the Gordon Crandal Native American Exhibit. The Art Gallery is currently completing its run of "Two Friends," the paintings of Virginia Clark and Nan Durling, who deftly captured the village's charm and the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
