Farewell Reception for Ed Glenn
The Republic County Historical Society & Museum will be hosting a Farewell Reception for former Curator Ed Glenn and his wife Cheryl on Wednesday, May 27th, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Museum. Ed and Cheryl will be relocating to the Kansas City area this summer. Light refreshments will be served.

We are excited to celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary right here in Belleville! Join us at the City Park on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, for an evening of fun, community, and celebration.

We’re planning a great lineup with music from DJ Hotbox , games, a fundraiser supper by Republic County Schools Buffalo Actor's Guild, and more still to come!

Events will take place from 6:00–9:30 PM, ending the night with fireworks at 9:30 PM by The Main St Tabernacle .
