We are excited to celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary right here in Belleville! Join us at the City Park on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, for an evening of fun, community, and celebration.

We’re planning a great lineup with music from DJ Hotbox , games, a fundraiser supper by Republic County Schools Buffalo Actor's Guild, and more still to come!

Events will take place from 6:00–9:30 PM, ending the night with fireworks at 9:30 PM by The Main St Tabernacle .

250 years of the United States! Come celebrate with us on Friday, April 3 @ 6:45 p.m. A presentation on the Declaration of Independence, readings from the Declaration, and an audience discussion of the Declaration facilitated by an historian. One of the greatest documents of all time, leading to our beloved country. Come on out and share your thoughts (no political bashing allowed)!

What a wonderful time at the Museum with Marla Day. The great story of Kansas flour sacks used for material during the Depression (and beyond)! 31 people came out and we appreciate them so much!
