Across deserts, mountains, coastlines, and remote corners of the globe, Cynthia Harris captures sweeping landscapes marked by something small—a figure, a structure, a subtle sign that humans have been there.

Photographed across six continents, A Touch of Human asks us to consider our place within the natural world: How large should our presence be, and what does a meaningful relationship with the landscape look like?

Sometimes the smallest detail tells the biggest story.

Presented by the Farmland Preservation Artists, This Land Is Your Land brings together works inspired by the farms, fields, forests, and rural landscapes that define our region and our nation.

As we commemorate America’s 250th anniversary, the exhibition invites us to look closely at the land around us—not only for its beauty, but for the history it carries and the role we each play in its future.

There’s something quietly powerful about art that carries a lifetime of devotion.

In WINDOWS OF FAITH: ICON PAINTINGS ON GLASS, artist Carmen Miller shares work shaped by more than 30 years of painting icons—a journey she began at just 16 years old.

Hand-painted in oil on glass, the works move between classical Byzantine traditions and Miller’s own contemporary interpretations. Each reflects patience, symbolism, spirituality, and the evolution of an artist who has spent decades honoring a centuries-old tradition while finding her own voice within it.

On view now at the Bellefonte Art Museum.
