Louis Creative Arts Center is a multi-art development art studio and art gallery. Located off Beach Blvd on Washington, between the Old Town Historic Shopping District and the Bay St. Louis L&N Historic Train Depot in the Gulf Coast City of Bay St. BSLCAC Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Pottery Wheel Throwing Art Classes are available.
