Today marks 99th anniversary of the day that was supposed to destroy our community, May 18, 1927. Instead of destroying our community so long ago, people came together to rebuild the school and the simple lives they lived. Over the past couple weeks several news outlets have reached out to the museum committee to share our story. We are thankful you all feel this story is worth sharing and continue to help us do so.
