These two characters are the shopkeepers at Sally Nooney Gallery for Halloween week. Ghost Clown is an antique paper mache candy container. Pumpkin skeleton is made of copper pipe with a lighted pumpkin head. Check out the fingers and feet on this character!

Update Oct 12. We are still cleaning and reorganizing our shops. The Gallery is cleaned and the doors are open but the roads are still compromised. Essential travel does not mean sightseers even though we love you. The glass studio is now dry and clean with no damage to the kilns and other equipment. I have not yet had time to create more beauties but will shortly and will post pics as I go. We are able to ship so you can still order pretties and I will be glad to send additional pics, sizes, and prices.
Frank's workshop will take longer to thoroughly clean before he reopens.
Thank you everyone for your outpouring of support and prayers to everyone impacted by Helene.

We are safe! No damage that we know of. Power is back on but cell service stiff iffy at times. We are grateful for our situation and cannot believe how quickly MEC has been able to restore power. We are thankful for them, our fire department, and our community for providing and caring. Thank you to everyone for your prayers. We can get to Boone or Banner Elk but our roads are compromised and right now is restricked to emergency traffic. Please do not attempt to go to any damaged areas unless you are associated with a rescue group. Springs underground are activated during heavy water events and become raging creeks and rivers flowing underneath roadways and homes. This is what causes road washouts and sinkholes. Until DOT crews can evaluate the roads, they are at risk of collapse. Please don't be part of the problem. Stay home, visit your local attractions and businesses, and send prayers for a quick recovery to all damaged communities!
