Earlier this week it was our pleasure to give a VIP tour to Mark King of Northern California, formerly of Texas and a Patriot Guard Rider who rode for ceremonies for Texas Fallen Veterans whose portraits were painted by artist and founder of the original Portrait of a Warrior Gallery.

Mark was gracious and shared some special stories with us and asked about Kern County's Fallen Warriors.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ A SPECIAL VISIT TO THE GALLERY ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Weโ€™re honored to welcome representatives from the Elks Club to the Portrait of a Warrior Gallery Kern County for a special visit and tour of the Gallery.

Following our Freedom Bell Ceremony at 12 noon, the Elks Club representatives will present the Gallery with a check representing our share of the proceeds from their August 1st dinner fundraiser. The event was a tremendous success, and we are incredibly thankful for their support! ๐Ÿ””๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Community partnerships like this help us continue our mission of preserving the stories, portraits and legacies of Kern Countyโ€™s fallen heroes for generations to come.

Thank you to the Elks Club and everyone who supported the August 1st dinner! โค๏ธ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™
