Horns for Life

Horns for Life Longhorns for Life seeks to educate our UT family on the consistent life ethics and spread awareness on what it truly means to be pro-life.

We are dedicated to affirming the fundamental dignity and equal value of all human lives, at all stages and in all circumstances. We lovingly serve our community by educating ourselves and our peers on many life-threatening issues such as abortion and capital punishment. We provide opportunities for meaningful, respectful discussion of these topics. Through fundraising and volunteer work, we suppo

rt the most vulnerable people in our community. This Fall, we will have weekly meetings on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm in ECJ 1.304. We're all over the web:

šŸ¤˜šŸ¼ HORNS FOR LIFE | 2025ā€“2026 RECAP

As we welcome a new school year weā€™re taking a moment to look back on everything Horns for Life accomplished last year. From giving back to our Austin community to welcoming speakers, connecting with our campus, and raising money for scholarships, weā€™re so grateful for everything we were able to accomplish together. ā¤ļø

BY THE NUMBERS:

ā° 30+ hours of tabling throughout the 2025ā€“26 school year
šŸ¤ 20+ hours of volunteering in our community
šŸŽ¤ 8 speakers welcomed to our meetings to share their experiences and insights with our members
šŸŽ“ over $3,000 raised through our fundraising efforts to support 6 scholarship recipients

And, of course, we ended the year by celebrating our members and scholarship recipients at our annual banquet! šŸ„‚

Thank you to everyone who supported Horns for Life last yearā€”our members, speakers, community partners, donors, and everyone who helped make the year possible. Weā€™re so proud of what we accomplished together. šŸ¤˜šŸ¼ā¤ļø

The answer is that there are thousands of clinicsā€”like The Sourceā€”that offer services such as well woman exams, ultrasounds, and STI testing.

Weā€™ve had 22 students apply to our Pregnant & Parenting Scholarship this year ā€” but we only have enough funding to support 3 of them right now.

We do not want to turn anyone away. Help us raise funds to support Longhorn parents as they care for their children and continue their education.
