Celebrate history at the historic Stauffer-Will Farm featuring a delicious Northwest-inspired catered dinner, complimentary wine and beer, live music, and the company of friends and fellow supporters of the Aurora Colony Historical Society. Participate in the Sweet Dessert Silent Auction or pull a wine from the hat.

Then raise your paddle for History!

The live auction fun begins with a special treat. Bid on a dessert to share with your table or take home to enjoy later.

Join us for two days of history, music, great food, and community during Aurora Colony Days Weekend!

🍻 Friday, August 7 – Aurora Colony Biergarten

Kick off the weekend with a relaxing family friendly evening in the Aurora Colony Museum courtyard.

Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Live Music: 6:00–9:00 PM

Enjoy local craft beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, along with delicious food from Ebner's Custom Meats and root beer floats for kids (and kids at heart!). Gather under the courtyard lights for lawn games, live music, and great company.

Admission is free! Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

🏡 Saturday, August 8 – Living History Day

From blacksmithing and weaving to spinning, quilting, and more, experience the past brought to life at the Aurora Colony Museum's Living History Day. The museum courtyard will be bustling with hands-on demonstrations, interactive activities, and historic crafts for visitors of all ages.

Don't miss this opportunity to explore history in a fun, engaging, and hands-on environment.

Museum admission for the day is 1/2 off.

Don’t miss the last public Summer Farm Day at the Aurora Colony’s historic Stauffer-Will Farm!

Step back in time and experience hands-on living history on a working 1870s farm. Spend the morning learning historic skills like baking bread, sawing wood with antique tools, dipping candles, and creating a quilt-inspired craft to take home.

Perfect for families, history enthusiasts, and anyone young at heart looking for a fun and memorable day outdoors.

Program: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Members: $13 | Non-Members: $16
For ages 8 and up

Guests are welcome to bring a snack and enjoy a picnic on the Stauffer-Will lawn between activity rotations or after the program. The site remains open until 2:00 PM.

There’s still time to join us for one of our summer public Farm Days at the Aurora Colony’s historic Stauffer-Will Farm!
