The Hillforest Board of Directors recently honored Cheryl Wessel on her retirement after many years of service to the Dearborn Community Foundation as treasurer. Cheryl also generously gives her time serving as accountant for Hillforest. Thank you , Cheryl, and congratulations on your well-deserved retirement! Today, we celebrate the life and mourn the death of one of the people who have worked so hard to help make Hillforest the wonderful place it is. Nanci Ross was a volunteer and supporter, not just of Hillforest but of many worthy organizations. She was a giver. She was a superb docent and gave enlightening tours. One of her many interests was architecture, and she loved to talk about Hillforest's design features and the architect Isaiah Rogers. We cannot express how much she will be missed.
