Fairfield Project Fair 2026
A benefit for the development of The Fairfield Historical Society.
"Celebration of the Sun River Project"
Location: Fairfield Community Hall, 600 Central Avenue Fairfield, MT
Date: October 17, 2026
Time: 10:00 am - 4:00
After 85 years, they are reviving The Project Fair which began in September of 1921 as an agricultural showcase for the products and achievements of the newly established Sun River Project. The fair was held until 1941 and likely discontinued because of WW11.
Purpose: This event is provided to create awareness of the timeless skills that were developed to serve a need in the daily lives of our founding families. These traditions are often carried on through generations, developed and refined as they progress. We have invited those who wish to showcase their craft, trade or products to join us as vendors at this event. Vendors will have their wares for sale!
Please come visit our table (AAHS) and the many others who will be there for this amazing event!
