Auburn brought their dancing shoes tonight!
🛫 😍 Showcasing this exquisite 1931 Stinson Junior S airplane, a true gem once held by the prestigious Auburn Automobile Company! Thanks to the relentless dedication of the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum restoration volunteers, this magnificent Stinson has been lovingly restored and is now proudly displayed in the same showroom it once called home. Don't miss comparing the current image with the captivating photo capturing the plane's stunning presence against the backdrop of the museum's windows when owned by the Auburn Automobile Company.
The Junior Models, manufactured from 1929 to 1933, hold a significant place in aviation history, with a total of 321 units produced. However, the passage of time has reduced their numbers drastically, with only 27 remaining as of 2001. These exceptional aircraft were primarily acquired by affluent private pilots and esteemed commercial enterprises, solidifying their status as coveted treasures of the sky. 🛩
