Sat. June 27 at the Early Ford V-8 Museum Campus, one of the most UNIQUE CAR SHOWS of the season will be held from 9-5 in Auburn, IN!
A full day of activities will include seeing a great variety of vehicles powered by flathead engines, auto-related competitions, including trivia on the big screen (prizes awarded!),
a silent auction of very nice items including 3 antique Ford memorabilia signed by Edsel Bryant Ford, the great grandson of Henry Ford, a museum tag sale, two 50/50 drawings, half price museum entrance, AND.....

at 1:30 in the J. Windle Event Center, guest speaker Mark Campbell, from the Henry Ford Heritage Association, and great nephew to Henry Ford, will be giving a presentation that will focus on Henry Ford's beginnings on creating the Ford Motor Company and forward. Don't miss this great opportunity to learn the fascinating history of the man who put the world on wheels, and the amazing story of a family-owned car maker that has survived everything the world's economy has thrown at it and still manages to be one of the best automobile manufacturers in the world today! Truly, Ford Motor Company is study in SUCCESS!

Do not miss the great opportunity to learn from a seasoned Ford Historian that happens to be in the Henry and Clara Ford family tree!

Located off I-69, Exit 326 west, (country road 11A) and take the second drive on the right (Opportunity Blvd) all the way back to the beautiful white art deco buildings!

If you are brining your flathead for the car show, please register by either calling 260-927-8022 and paying the $25 registration donation by card, or you may register the day of at the registration tent. Registered vehicles get free museum entrance.

Join us Saturday, June 27th from 9:00-5:00 at the Early Ford V-8 Museum Campus in Auburn, IN for the first annual Flatheads Forever Reunion celebrating ALL things with a FLATHEAD ENGINE! If YOU have a flathead of any kind, YOU need to be here! ALL makes and models! Let's see how many different kinds of Flatheads we can assemble in one car show!!
Free admission to public to see this unique collection of vehicles!
Flatheads please register by phone (260-927-8022) or print a copy of the registration form from our website: flatheadsforeverreunion.com and mail or email a photo of it to [email protected] or come by the museum in person. You may register the day of the event, as well. $25 donation to register.
Here's what you can expect:
Silent Auction, 50/50 drawing, Museum Tag sale, Fun Competitions with prizes, Auto Trivia competition on the big screen, Special Guest Speaker, Mark Campbell, from the Henry Ford Heritage Association, speaking about Ford history, $3 hot dog combos and Dirty Splash Retreat Beverage Trailer, and Half Price Museum Entrance for the public, free admission for registered vehicles.

Today’s Sunday Talk at the Early Ford V-8 Museum featured speaker David Sprowl on the topic of the early years of Henry Ford and when Lincoln Motor Company joined the Ford line-up.
David is an energetic and knowledgeable speaker who delivered many surprising facts that history has not brought to the forefront .
If you missed this Sunday Talk, no worries! It will be on our museum YouTube channel next Saturday, June 19th! We will remind you !
It will also be presented at the museum again at a later date.

Sunday Talks are presentations on varied topics related to Ford History, specific automobiles, general history as it relates to automobiles, or even “how to’s”.

More photos from today’s Sunday Cruise-in at the Early Ford V-8 Museum! The rain and cold wind was not a motivator for most to bring their cars out today, but it didn’t stop 5 beautiful cars !
The J.Windle Event Center had tables for visiting and to enjoy a hot dog combo.

The rain and strong cooler winds was enough to dampen the Sunday Cruise-in at the Early Ford V-8 Museum in Auburn, IN today, but it wasn’t a total shut out. Five awesome cars came out and enjoyed hot dog combos and visiting inside the J.Windle Event Center. Each also had the fun of seeing their car and even family turned into a coloring page! At 1:30 other guests joined in at the museum to attend the Sunday Talk hosted by David Sprowl on the interesting history of the Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Motors.
We truly appreciate everyone that came out on this wet Sunday to support the museum’s activities !

The Early Ford V-8 Museum’s 1932 model B Little Blue Truck was a hit with the families that attended the Explore PBS day held at the Tincaps baseball field today! Kids loved climbing inside for photos and playing the ring toss game in the back of the truck for a prize !

This month we are turning YOUR CAR into a Coloring Page for free if you want!
Enjoy the fantastic cars and trucks both inside and outside by touring the museum while you are here!
Whether it rains or shines, Do NOT miss the special SUNDAY TALK at 1:30 in the museum, free with price of admission. Learn interesting history about the early days of Ford Motor Company and some of the drama surrounding the years of acquiring Lincoln Motor Company! Guest speaker David Sprowl will surprise you with some little-known facts!
Then take a close look at our beautiful Lincolns in the Lincoln exhibit! We have a 1929 Lincoln on loan just for this exhibit alongside our 1937 and 1940 Zephyrs!
These are GORGEOUS AUTOMOBILES!

This is a unique car show! Who knows what you will see!
If you have a flathead of ANY make/model, YOU need to be here! Register your flathead by printing the form on www.flatheadsforeverreunion.com and mailing it with the $25 registration fee or call the museum office at 260-927-8022 and register over the phone.
This event is free to public spectators. Enjoy the competitions, speakers, music, food and chances to win prizes, and shopping!
Museum entrance will be half price!
