We are SO proud of artists German Acosta and Amanda Auble for creating this beautiful mural now visible in the Chelsea neighborhood! 💙🖌️

There is something so special about watching the development of a creative process and we were incredibly lucky to have a front seat to German and Amanda's artistic process this summer at the Arts Garage. Women who are active within our local community are featured in the mural: artist Jewell Dwomoh, poet and writer Moneeba Khan, photographer Nastassia Davis, teacher and Ducktown CDC block captain Citlalli Roman.

📍Check out "Taking Up Space" at the Courtyard at Dover Ave and Ventnor Avenue in Atlantic City, right on the side of Brewberry Cafe.

Taking Up Space was commissioned by the Atlantic City Arts Foundation and made possible with support from Chelsea EDC, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority A.R.T. Phase 1 initiative, and ongoing partnership from the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority.
