Grant Schexnider paints cocktails like still lifes. New Orleans-born, LSU- and University of Chicago-trained. His work has been included in the Ogden Museum of Southern Art’s Louisiana Contemporary. He returned to New Orleans in 2014, where he still lives and paints today. Three of his pieces on the marketplace right now: “Grey Gin”, “Tujague’s Sazerac,” and “January Scotch”.

Six years ago, and her husband started building a gallery wall for their daughter’s room. Original art, one piece at a time.

When they moved, they rebuilt the whole thing in the new house.

“It has become a creative outlet I didn’t know I needed. So fun — and teaches her to appreciate art, which I love.”
