BLACK ART IN AMERICA™ proudly announces its second Atlanta Fine Art Print Fair, set to captivate art enthusiasts and collectors alike from August 9th to 11th at the prestigious Black Art In America Gallery and Sculpture Garden in East Point, GA.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to engage directly with artists and master printmakers through interactive demonstrations and workshops by the fairs featured artists, including MTV, The Smithsonian Channel, and Ted Talk appearing artist and Studio Noize Podcast host Jamaal Barber, internationally exhibiting artist, and top performer of last year’s print fair Traci Mims, as well as nationally renowned artist and educator Steve Prince. All in all creating an environment where collectors in all stages of their journey can learn and collect with confidence.

Appalachia USA is a unique documentary project by the New York-based photographer Builder Levy (b. 1942) that explores life and labor in coal mining communities in Kentucky and West Virginia over the course of 40 years.⁠
⁠
Levy’s arresting black-and-white photographs connect us to the very heart of coal mining. He traces the indelible legacy of the coal industry on the lives and landscapes that define the region from scenes shot deep underground where miners toil at their complex and often challenging work to the tops of mountains where explosives and heavy machinery extract coal and irrevocably alter the shape of the land.⁠
