I wish the picture did this pour justice. The gold and copper shimmers just don't show through the photo.

I didn't realize how much I loved art until I retired.
I started taking oil painting classes from Chelita Freeman in 2018. I love the oils but they are finicky. If you want instant gratification don't use oils for your medium!

For some funky reason, I started playing with acrylic Dutch Pours. And Oh My Glorious Surprise! I totally love it. I can mess up so many canvases, vases and rocks just playing.

I may not have a formal background in art but I love learning now.
