Today, we welcomed Bob Loversidge with his program “Think like a Preservation Architect” for our May 2026 Lyceum Lunch!
Bob talked about some of his work on the restoration of historic buildings in Ohio and introduced some of his work on treasures in Southeastern Ohio.
Bob Loversidge is an award-winning preservation design architect, a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, and the recently retired CEO of Schooley Caldwell. He is a past chair of the AIA’s National Historic Resources Committee and a recipient of the AIA Ohio Gold Medal. Loversidge is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Knowlton School of Architecture and a Distinguished Alumnus of the university’s College of Engineering. While at Schooley Caldwell he was principal-in-charge of the renovation of the Ohio Statehouse, where he still serves as an advisor, and the Thomas J. Moyer Ohio Judicial Center, home to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
