Tomorrow, December 9, do not forget to attend History on Tap at Cloven Hoof, which will explore the topic of The Marquette and Bessemer No. 2. Where is it? Its whereabouts remain unknown 116 years after it disappeared during a routine trip from Conneaut, Ohio to Port Stanley, Canada in December 1909. Over half the crew lost was from Conneaut, Ohio. It is one of the Great Lakes' greatest mysteries and considered the holy grail of Lake Erie shipwrecks.
