Strengthening Access to the East Branch of the Delaware River

The Water Discovery Center has spearheaded a East Branch Access Plan conducted by Aaron Bennett through a grant funded by the NYC DEP and the Delaware County Soil & Water Conservation District. This access plan may be found at www.eachbranchaccess.com.
Multiple projects to open recreational access along the East Branch are suggested in this plan.
Each municipality from Andes to Roxbury have options to apply to the Delaware County Soil & Water Conservation District with new funding available.
Letters of intent to apply are due in June.
