So thrilled to have two paintings accepted to the Cape Cod Art Centers National Show in West Barnstable MA!
Evening in the Berkshires 24x36 and Smoke on the Water 30x36".
The show begins tomorrow July 17th and ends August 12th.

Cape Elizabeth Maine....I had to go find this beach for myself after I saw a fabulous photo of it by a great photographer friend Sarah Beard Buckley ....much still to do and lots to learn here....wet sand - rocks under water - seaweed - new challenges!

A new start on a very typical New England scene- "the" lighthouse. I've never painted one before and all the bad press artists give these beautiful architectural lost souls from the past is not going to detour me. (trite- boring- not another lighthouse!) It will be a winter scene- go figure on the brink of June!
