The Stoogeum is the world's first and only museum of Three Stooges memorabilia.
The Stoogeum's has a collection containing close to 100,000 pieces of Stoogeabilia, the Stoogeum (rhymes with museum) offers fans a chance to view a vast array of artifacts which celebrate the legacy of this legendary comedy team. The 10,000 square-foot, 3-story building houses anything and everything Stooge. Artifacts from 1918 to the present are on exhibit, including several interactive displays. The Stoogeum also contains a research library, a 16MM film storage vault and an 85-seat theater used for film screenings, lectures and special presentations. The Stoogeum is also the headquarters of the Three Stooges Fan Club, one of the nation's oldest and largest fan clubs with 2,000 members world-wide. An annual meeting of the fan club brings together Stooges relatives,supporting actors, impersonators and fans with the Stoogeum at the hub of the event. The Stoogeum is open every Thursday (except holidays) from 10am to 3pm. We will also be open by appointment. To inquire about visiting by appointment, please e-mail [email protected]. Ted Healy appeared in Billy Rose's Crazy Quilt at the 44th Street Theater in New York City alongside Fanny Brice and Phil Baker from May 19 through July 25, 1931.

All Gummed Up, the 103rd Three Stooges comedy at Columbia, completed production on April 25, 1947 after four days. The short was remade as Bubble Trouble in 1953.

A Plumbing We Will Go, the 46th Three Stooges comedy at Columbia, was released in theaters on April 19, 1940. The concept was repackaged at the studio three times: Pick a Peck Plumbers (1944), Vagabond Loafers (1949), and Scheming Schemers (1956).

Frances Langford was born on this day in Lakeland, FL in 1913. She appeared in solo films with Ted Healy, Shemp Howard and Joe DeRita. On May 1, 1960, Langford had the Stooges (Moe, Larry and Joe DeRita) as guests on her NBC-TV Mother's Day Special. You can see photos from this television appearance on display at the Stoogeum!
