Haskell House Children's Museum of Alton

Haskell House Children's Museum of Alton HASKELL HOUSE was entrusted to Alton to provide educational and recreational experiences to all children. Let's make it into a Children's Museum!

New Idea for HASKELL HOUSE! HASKELL HOUSE was entrusted to Alton by the Haskell Family to provide educational and recreational experiences to all children, but it has been empty for many years. Let’s give Haskell House back to the Children of Alton! Mission: The mission of the Haskell House Children’s Museum of Alton is to fulfill the dream of Dr. William and Florence Haskell honoring the memory of their daughter, Lucy Haskell, by providing educational and recreational experiences to all children. Purpose: To create an extraordinary learning experience through innovative child centered learning that will engage minds, muscles, and imaginations across the arts, sciences, and humanities which will have the power to transform families and communities.

Hi friends. We had a short phone interview today with the Small Business Revolution.
I emphasized our strong community support, our endless volunteer bank, our need for our children and their families to have a fun, affordable, and educational local destination, and our energetic committee. The list of 12 possible finalists will be determined by days end tomorrow. Please send your prayers and good vibrations our direction and as always, stay amazed!
