Ag Heritage Park is a collection of ag life memorabilia that takes you back to the mid-1860’s, and through the mid-1960’s. The display includes two large museum buildings which contain many early farm life items. Also included in the park are a two room farm house, one room school house, and a log cabin, all from the 1885 era. All the buildings are handicap accessible. The park grounds are filled with over 400 large pieces of farm machinery, including 8 threshing machines, 30 combines, and about 40 tractors. Included in the park is a display of hundreds of pieces of horse drawn machinery. You now have two chances to win a barn quilt block! This year we have added a smaller 2’x2’ option for those who may not have space for a 4’x4’. The first ticket drawn will have choice. The Old Settler’s Day highlight for Ag Heritage Park will be the opportunity to demonstrate old fashioned corn picking equipment in a nearby cornfield. “Step back in time” at 1:30 p.m. watching the corn sled demonstration followed by the one-row corn binder in action. The vintage one-row corn picker will follow; then Edmund’s Family Husker shredder and Mike Hohner’s 1920’s corn sheller will be put to use.

As in the past, Ag Heritage Park and friend’s tractors and equipment will line up at Ag Heritage Park to join in the traditional Old Settler’s Day Parade scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
