Wheels Museum The WHEELS Museum Development Office is the administrative branch of the WHEELS Museum. WHEELS Museum will be opened in phases as funds come in for each phase.

hwest grew with rapid advances in transportation. We are an all-volunteer agency working to restore the old Storage Warehouse building where the WHEELS Development Office is located.
