Put the Festival of Trees on your calendar for the first two weekends in December. This year as an additional fundraiser for our climate-controlled storage building, we will be raffling a unique piece of Norman County history-a lamp made by Ole Larson, blacksmith from Borup. The lamp is handmade of black chain with small horseshoe decorations and a 1921 car steering wheel base. It also comes with a story about Ole.

A big thank you to the Ensemble Harp group for a fabulous concert. These teenage girls play like professionals and it was a performance not often heard in a small town in rural Minnesota. Also thank you to all the people who volunteered their time to make this day go so smoothly- and may I say warmly! To all of you who supported our fundraising effort for the climate controlled building, we appreciate you generous support.
