๐ ๐บ๐ธ America Likes Thrilling Rides!
Before theme parks and roller coasters, there was the magic of the carousel, and in Abilene, you can still take a spin on history.
The beautifully restored 1901 C.W. Parker Carousel at the Dickinson County Historical Society is one of the oldest operational Parker carousels in the country and a true Kansas treasure. Hand-carved horses, vintage charm and the joyful sound of carousel music make this a ride that delights kids and grown-ups alike.
Built by C.W. Parker, often called the โCarousel King,โ this classic attraction has been bringing smiles for more than a century.
Hold on tight and enjoy the ride.
Because America likes thrilling rides! ๐
