╏ 當期展覽 陳永康先生書畫展 ╏
從戎馬衛國到揮毫寄情，他是現任立法委員，亦曾任海軍司令、國防大學校長及國防部軍政副部長。即便公務繁忙，陳永康先生始終不忘對藝術的初心，長年深耕書畫創作，屢獲各界好評。
「從容乎疆場之上，沉潛於仁義之中。」先生弱冠之年投身海軍，骨子裡兼具軍人的堅毅與文人的儒雅。其筆墨涵蓋動物、人物、山水與花卉，融合紮實的寫實功力與悠遠的寫意神韻，於線條與墨色交織間，流露深厚的文人底蘊與自然哲思。

From defending the nation in uniform to expressing profound visions through ink and brush, Admiral (Ret.) Richard Chen is an Incumbent Legislator who previously served as Commander of the Navy, President of the National Defense University, and Vice Minister of National Defense. Throughout his distinguished career, he has never wavered in his passion for the arts, earning high acclaim through his enduring commitment to painting and calligraphy.
Guided by the motto "Composed on the battlefield, yet grounded in virtue," Admiral Chen uniquely unites martial strength with scholarly elegance. His diverse creations—ranging from landscapes and florals to figures and wildlife—fuse technical realism with expressive artistry, capturing a deep philosophical harmony with nature.
