麗絲‧樂穆最新的《兩件式洋裝》系列作品，造型、花色都各有千秋，呈現衣服與人體之間的依附關係，頗具巧思。
值得注意的是，每件作品都分成上下兩部份，頗引人關注，又其命名為「兩件式洋裝」，不禁更令人感到好奇，想必作者暗藏玄機，麗絲‧樂穆的創作一向具有啓發性的觀念，不單純只是圖像的變化及趣味而已，回溯她對女體與服裝互動探究歷程，可以揣摩得知，一件作品刻意分成上、下兩半，乃在突顯現代女性所面臨的問題，上半身代表女性的理性或智力，下半身則是感性或容貌。現代女性立足社會，憑藉的是才智，但女性往往又難以跳脫以貌取勝的傳統框架，所以刻意精心打扮，注意衣著。
麗絲‧樂穆的作品不僅圖像、形式多樣化，十分吸晴，而且深具內涵，更重要的是幽默詼諧。（文/劉素玉）
Lyse Lemieux’s recent series 𝘜𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘋𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘯 2 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 showcases strong visual style and explore the relationship between clothing and the wearer, and between object and subject.
Notably, each work is divided into two parts, aptly named 𝘪𝘯 2 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 , which invites curiosity. Lemieux’s work often contains thought-provoking concepts that extend beyond mere visual changes and playfulness. By reflecting on her exploration of the interaction between the female form and the material, the viewer can infer that the deliberate division highlights contemporary issues faced by women: the upper part symbolizes intellect and rationality, while the lower part represents emotion and appearance. While modern women rely on intelligence in society, they often find themselves constrained by conventional societal standards, leading to a focus on appearance and attire.
