《晉見山明-塵三個展》作品介紹
塵三｜無題 Untitled, , 2026, 油畫 Oil on Canvas, 60x60cm
畫面由三個主要結構構成：中央佈滿整個畫作的黑色主體、右下方的咖啡色與橘黃色前景，以及左側至後方延展的淺棕色遠景。黑色主體以銳利而大致呈右下－左上方向向上生長，其折角、尖端與堆疊的量感，使它近似一叢從沙漠地表竄出的黑色晶叢。咖啡色與淺棕色在畫面下方與右側拉開距離，形成乾燥、空曠的地景，也襯托出黑色主體的堅定與重量。
相較於展覽中其他作品常讓筆觸彼此滲透、交融，〈無題〉是少數以清晰而銳利的邊界建立主體的作品。黑色形體以近乎方正、堅硬的輪廓佔據畫面，帶來一種安定卻難以親近的神祕感。然而，這種穩定的結構在主體在畫面左上方開始破碎，原本明確的結構逐漸轉化為較鬆散的筆觸，局部甚至浮現近似圓形、噴濺的痕跡。使得形體既像堅硬的晶體，也像正逐漸失去邊界的礦物。
〈無題〉與一旁的〈灰愰3號〉形成細微而鮮明的視覺對照。兩件作品皆使用黑、灰、褐等低飽和色調，色彩佈局也相當類似，卻以相反的筆法處理物質感，〈無題〉以相對具象、邊界分明的方式建構畫面，呈現乾燥、整潔而帶有結晶感的空間；〈灰愰3號〉則讓色層與筆觸相互模糊、滲透，製造潮濕、黏膩且難以定形的感覺。兩者並置之後，乾與濕、硬與軟、結晶與流動不只成為畫面風格的差異，也使地景在此展現兩種不同狀態，一種被壓縮、沉積並暫時凝固；另一種仍漂浮、滲散，尚未找到穩定形狀。
The composition is organized by three main elements: a black form that spreads across the center of the painting; a brown and orange-yellow foreground in the lower right; and a light brown background extending from the left into the distance. The black form rises along a broadly diagonal axis, from lower right to upper left. Its sharp angles, pointed edges, and accumulated mass make it resemble a cluster of black crystals emerging from the desert. The brown, orange, and pale earth tones open up a dry, spacious landscape around it, further emphasizing the solidity and weight of the dark form.
Compared with other works in the exhibition, where brushstrokes often bleed into and merge with one another, Untitled is one of the few works built around a clearly defined, sharply edged central form. Its almost square, hard contours give the image a sense of stability, while also making it feel distant and mysterious. Yet this structure begins to break apart in the upper-left area of the painting. What first appears solid and clearly constructed gradually loosens into freer marks, with rounded, splash-like traces appearing at the edges. The form therefore seems both like a hard crystalline mass and like a material formation beginning to lose its outline.
Untitled enters into a subtle but striking dialogue with Grey Haze No. 3, displayed beside it. Both works use similarly muted blacks, greys, and browns, and their overall color arrangements are closely related. Their handling of texture, however, moves in opposite directions. Untitled builds its space through more defined forms and clear boundaries, creating a dry, orderly atmosphere with a crystalline quality. In Grey Haze No. 3, colors and brushstrokes blur and seep into one another, producing a damp, sticky, and unstable surface. Viewed together, the two works set dryness against moisture, hardness against softness, and crystallization against flow. The landscape appears in two different states: one compressed, settled, and temporarily solidified; the other still suspended and dispersing, not yet settled into a stable form.
