紙博館Paper Museum 慶陽公司創立於1988年，初期主要以事務用紙為主要銷售品項，自1995年以後，慶陽公司為滿足廣大圖書文具及快速印刷等消費族群的需求，首先以『紙博館』美術紙品這個品牌行銷全台。

『紙博館』是一個品牌，也是一個目標，我們期許自己能成為台灣最健全的紙類專家，不論在紙材種類、紙的花紋及實用性都能滿足廣泛消費者的需要。

　　『紙博館』若如其名，是要博通各種紙材，所以多年以來，我們不斷引進新的紙材，不斷開發新的紙種，並且橫向結合美勞教師創作的結晶，推廣給普羅大眾。
