After Taiwan’s retrocession to the National

Jocelyn Lin, with an eye towards fostering a modernized and multifaceted artistic and cultural space while preserving its historic characteristics. There is a teahouse on the second floor, while a gallery with antique furniture, with occasional live performances of music is located on the main floor. The Takao Artistry Warehouse regularly features Taiwanese tea and tea implements, as well as exhibitions of Taiwanese pottery, traditional Taiwanese flower patterned fabrics, antiques, and furniture. The Artistry Warehouse also sponsors occasional classical music seminars, cultural and artistic exhibitions, hands-on arts and crafts workshops, discussion sessions on literature, as well as guided seminars on the cinema.
打狗港都文化藝術倉庫，原為日治時期之「一二三亭」料亭，光復後由南部運通船務公司延用這老建築，現今由林唯禾經營規劃為一複合式藝文空間，為歷史老屋注入新生命，實踐閒置空間再利用的理念。空間運用主要提供給藝術家、生活美學家與創意作家之作品展覽、開課座談聚會使用。 1樓為主要展覽空間，2樓為人文茶館【貳樓茶館2NDF Teahouse】以及藝文教學教室。
致力於推廣台灣茶文化以及台灣品牌文創產業，如三和瓦窯文創商品、彰藝坊台灣花布創意商品、台灣陶藝家作品等。現場陳列骨董、家具、茶器具等人文茶空間相關商品，另不定期舉辦現場演奏古典音樂座談會、藝文展演、藝術學習、文學賞析及電影導讀等活動。
